Tenerife is just one of the seven Islands amongst the Canary Islands, these include Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura , La Gomera, La Palma and El Hiero. Tenerife is located 300 km off the Coast of North West Africa. The Canary Islands were created about 10 million years ago by volcanic eruptions.
