Siam Park in Playa de Las Americas is the latest theme park due to be opened in Tenerife and is being built by the same family who own Loro Parque. It is of Thai design and is said to have 20 attractions within the complex. Its location is by the Playa de Las Americas exit off the TF-1 and can be easily spotted. There are many free buses from Hotels and plenty of pick up points. The Park will have a Cannon Ball ride and a wave pool which can generate waves up to 3 metres high which should please the surfers. It will also have a pool into which you can dive from 28 metres. Around the Park there is a slow river where families can either cruise in a boat or a giant donut. The Park is now completed and for the holidaymaker it is a must visit attraction. For the Resident with children it is going to work out expensive because the kids just want to keep going back, however there is a small resident discount if you take a copy of your Residencia and copy of your passport. I haven’t been but the kids say its fantastic.
